ladiesmakingcomics:

DIVA, a UK magazine for lesbian and bisexual women has published an article by Charlotte Richardson Andrews about the history of queer women in comics.  They don’t have the article on their website, but Andrews has posted nice big photos of it on her blog, which you can read pretty well.  It’s a short but very comprehensive overview of queer lady creators and characters in comics over the past 40-odd years.  As a bonus, Andrews also posted a link to the Queer Zine Archive Project’s download of Roberta Gregory’s Dynamite Damsels!
